     Starters : Quality
to overflowing with the Asturian choir most recently awarded the second prize Maribor Festival , and best vocal moment where they can sing what they put in front and able to cope with orchestra repertoire such as this farewell. For the occasion Triple Leipzig: Mendelssohn a " Wie der Hirsch Schreiter nacht frischem Wasser" , Psalm 42, op. 42 , clean, exciting, and double Schubert : choruses of "Rosamunde", Op 26 D. 797 : "Hier aud den Fluren mit rosig Wangen" (pastors) and "Wie lebt sich's so fröhlich im Grünen" (hunters), in line with perfect vocal the gozoniegos with despite a clear issue to be depleted in number, especially voices, German diction dominate for some time, and a chef Haider recreating this training that (we) have been given so much joy. Starter :
difficult combination to the palate for Piano Concerto No 5 in E M., Op 73 ( Beethoven ) because there was no way to fit the ingredients, always top quality, and the proportion in the dressing: "Emperor" little fish sauce Viennese Huelva. Too bad for each other despite the marriage had no details left unresolved guess genius. The result was a plate that define the flavor lacked the absence of authority concluded there was no good end or clear tempi between soloist and director, or even romantic dynamics well marked, with a piano and an orchestra sounded off sounded the protagonist forgetting. What other the served with chef Pablo González in Barcelona ... Or even the third in Madrid !. Nerva Sorbet :
Mazurka Op 17 No 4 in A m (Chopin ) where at least Master Perianes wished to taste good to change the taste previous delicate and lonely but with little stuck though the scheduled concert was part of a conference on the piano. Tipping at least that "knew me." Dessert :
Symphony No. 4 in B Flat M. Op 60 (Beethoven ): All the meat on the grill to taste this Viennese Sandwich odd sandwiched between a delicatessen spicy by Chef although need the front counter . Good dressing ingredients and the four components (my third this week tasting), with definition and power to a dish that seem minor on the menu, but was light and a good snap. Dessert :
Farandole from Suite "The Arlesiana" ( Bizet), tip not heard long ago but French tastier and Monaco and better presentation. After the parting words of Maitre Chef Thanking stay with us and advocate in times of crisis Music as a right not a luxury item: Vienna Blood Asturian background. Good gift for all the master musicians and by extension to all attendees. The letter well-presented with texts, translations and notes excellent sommelier Alejandro G. Villalibre , where the choice of "Les Miserables" for the "Emperor" is off his hat despite their initial doubts, and found inspiration to my commentary today retaking the "Meet in the restaurant" of Mundstock .
This Friday at the same restaurant taste a sumptuous dinner, at least menu and chef Finnish promise. PD
