oeste.es SANTO DOMINGO, Journalism Training Program-PROCAP-recognized the contributions of Rafael Núñez Grassals journalist during the First International Congress of Social Communication PROCAP '08: "Technological Advances vs. Quality Content. "
Professor Agustín Cortés Robles presented a plaque to Nunez Grassals with the directors of PROCAP, Ramon Felix Lebron and Raul Bautista Germain.
The ceremony was held in the auditorium of the Faculty of Economics, University Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD) with the assistance of the ambassador of Costa Rica, Marta Núñez Madriz, the Consul of Argentina, Fernando Ricci, Yenny Polanco Lovera, Ramón Rosario Luesmil Cocco and Castor, among others.
The academic contest was supported by the Ministry of Finance, Instituto Dominicano de las Telecomunicaciones (Indotel), Ministry of Public Works, Events and People Programme, Social Market Magazine, Grabo Style, You Color, Dominican Republic Embassy in Haiti, Dominican Association of Christian Communicators (Adococ).
